Jazz and Wine - Mark Hurrell & Claudio Suriano

Join us for an intimate evening of live jazz and fine Italian wines at Bea Bar in Ørestad—just 150 meters from Bella Center Metro Station.

This special evening features Italian guitarist Claudio Suriano—whose track West Coast Sun has been featured on Danish Radio P8 Jazz—and English tenor saxophonist Mark Hurrell.

Together, they’ll perform a vibrant mix of original compositions and timeless classics from the jazz tradition.

Expect a captivating journey, moving from laid-back ballads to upbeat grooves, perfectly paired with a glass (or two) of carefully selected Italian wine.

Born in Italy, guitarist Claudio Suriano holds a Diploma from the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome and a Master's Degree in Jazz Guitar from the Conservatory E. Duni of Matera. He has collaborated with esteemed musicians such as Niels Lan Doky, Jordan Jackson, Sebastian Zawdzki, Steve Rodby and Paul Wertico, and his achievements also encompass the prestigious selection for the International Jazz Platform in July 2020, an international educational project by the Wytwornia Foundation (Poland), supported by GAI – Giovani Artisti Italiani.
